It seemed like "Media Day" on Wednesday as both the BEYOND THE FIELD crew and Austrian filmmaker Alban Egger were conducting interviews at the SWARCO Raiders practice facility. And while I wasn't forced to answer ridiculous questions from overseas media, it was fun to talk about our upcoming game and share some of the great memories from this season.
Alban will be shooting the EuroBowl with his own crew of cameras in order to produce a 26-minute documentary about the game, which made me think to myself, "We better win!" (A few years ago Christie and I produced a documentary about the Edmonton Eskimos in the CFL - and we played HORRIBLE during the game we were highlighting. Not so fun to edit that footage...)
