HOWEVER, we did encounter an amazing waiter in Capo Molini (a local fishing village) named Giuseppe who kicked some SERIOUS BUTT!
His hustle was legendary... check out the highlight!

Giuseppe: SPEED WAITER!
We have found that the service in Italian Restaurants has generally been very good. This is in spite of the fact that tipping does not occur here like in North America. Rather, the salary or wage of the waiter is payed by the restaurant and a coperto (or cover charge) is added to the bill.
